Anyway, he is a Richards as you can see. The Richards in my cartoons are always mean. Meanness just runs in their family.
He is basically the main bully, and he is always picking on Dennis, and tries to pick on Bailey. Course Dennis fears him, while Bailey on the other hand could care less.
